100% Souvignier Gris, four days on the skins, and nothing added. Dry, slightly herbal with subtle hints of tropical fruit and a clear nod to its Traminer roots. Made from pure Belgian fruit, fermented with its own yeasts, no added sulfites, and left unfiltered.
