Refund policy

All wine sales are final. Since we’re dealing with natural products, there’s always a tiny chance a bottle doesn’t behave the way you expect — but that’s part of the beauty of natural wine. The chances are very small, and we only work with winemakers we trust. If a bottle arrives broken or clearly faulty, just reach out and we’ll make it right.

For non-consumables (like merch or accessories), we do offer returns and exchanges. Returns are at your own cost, but if you’d like to exchange your item, we’ll cover the return shipping on that.
