A naturally made Grauburgunder with six weeks on the skins and gently foot-trodden before fermenting. Unfiltered and lightly structured, showing soft stone fruit, a touch of herbs, firm tannins and a clean, dry finish. A mix of wood and stainless-steel aging gives it quiet depth without making it heavy. Easygoing, textural, and very approachable for an orange-style wine.
