A sparkling natural cider where 70% apples and 30% pears come together. Made from over 25 old Belgian apple varieties, handpicked and briefly macerated on their own pulp. Spontaneously fermented in inox for 6 months and bottle-conditioned for a fine, natural sparkle. Fresh and soft on the palate, quietly festive, with a clean, balanced finish to keep things going.
