85% Cabernet Cortis and 15% Souvignier Gris, with 12 hours of skin contact and nothing added. A slightly fuller rosé, but still very fruit-driven, with notes of gooseberry and blackberry. Dry, fresh, with a clean finish. Made from pure Belgian fruit, fermented with its own yeasts, no added sulfites, and left unfiltered.
