Bocage Pierlynck & Aleyt

Down the deep end.

A Brut de Pomme with weight and depth, made from a blend of more than fifteen old Belgian apple varieties. After a short maceration, the cider ferments naturally in inox before maturing in oak whisky barrels from the Isle of Arran, adding roundness and subtle warmth without being to overpowering.

Pierlynck and Aleyt are two small waterways east of Eernegem that flow into the Bourgognevaart and shape the surrounding polder landscape.
