A Brut de Pomme made from a blend of more than fifteen old Belgian apple varieties, handpicked around the Bourgognepolder. After a short maceration, the cider ferments naturally and matures in old Burgundy Pinot Noir barrels, adding depth and structure. Finished with a light dry hop of Belgian hops from Poperinge, it stays fresh and floral, with crisp apple up front.
