From young Chardonnay vines in Lancié, Beaujolais, this cuvée is pressed directly, fermented without any added sulfites, and aged in stainless steel for 6 to 8 months. It’s bright and lifted, with white flowers and lemon giving it a clean, refreshing feel. Straightforward, crisp, and made to drink without overthinking it.
