100% Solaris, four days on the skins, and nothing added. It leans towards a more neutral style wine, but with a more distinctive edge, showing tropical notes like mango on a dry, clean finish. Made from pure Belgian fruit, fermented with its own yeasts, no added sulfites, and unfiltered. A strong year for Belgian wine, and it shows in the glass.
