A sparkling blend of Dornfelder and Riesling. The Dornfelder gets six days of carbonic maceration, while Riesling is pressed straight after harvest. Fermented together, it’s dry and unfiltered, with bright cherry, citrus, and a fresh acidity that keeps it lively.
